W. R. Riggs has extensive experience in customized automation and controls for manufacturing operations as diverse as automotive parts production, product quality control testing, specialty medical products, paper machine line control, spray dryers, beverage mixing & bottling, product packaging & labeling, toll chemical batch and continuous systems. These operations are as varied as the products being made. The Riggs Team appreciates the unique aspects of every manufacturing operation and works closely with plant production staff to ensure that production cycle times and product quality objectives are clearly defined and met. Our project experience includes the analysis of individual machines, manufacturing cells, or entire production lines for potential production improvements and the turnkey implementation of customized design improvements.
